Cancellations, Return and Refund Policy

Conforming products.We are under a legal duty to supply products (also named “goods”) conforming with the order you placed. In accordance with the rules and limitations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have certain rights in certain instances and timescales regarding products you have ordered from us that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include a right to reject the product, receive a full refund or a price reduction, or have the products repaired or replaced. The Consumers' Association provides information about these rights under the law, which you may review here

The above applies to you only if you are a consumer, that is, an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you wish to return your purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments we received from you, including the costs of delivery of the product to you, (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). 

 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – 

  1. 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

  2. (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or 

  3. If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. 

Note that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.  



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 


Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

Damaged Items 

We must be informed within 48hours of receiving the damaged item.


please state your order number, name, date received and item, if possible please include images of the damaged item along with a short summary of the damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
